Our website is designed to help you through the purchasing process. You can order your whitestrips online and you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. By placing your order online you agree to the following terms.
We dispatch all orders placed before 4pm the same day and orders placed within the UK usually arrive in 6-8 working days (depending on your local Royal Mail sorting office). Delivery throughout the UK is absolutely free. Please note that sample treatments will arrive without a sealed box and as loose items in a envelope letter. We use the UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and some items are dispatched via USPS Amercian Postal Service to ensure your white strips arrive safely with peace of mind.
Purchasing items from www.whitestripsdirect.com is 100% Safe and Secure. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. In order to ensure we can dispatch your goods as quickly as possible, credit and debit card payments are taken at the point of order. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
We operate a fair and open after-sales service. We firmly believe that setting out our terms clearly rather than burying them in small print is what customers should be able to expect of any business. Everything you need to know about our policy is outlined here.
Over 99% of our orders are handled perfectly – goods are delivered on time and in immaculate condition. However from time to time things do go wrong. Packages can get misrouted, traffic can prevent deliveries arriving on time etc. The real test of an online retailer is not just the availability of the best value products, but how well they deal with after sales problems. We aim to offer a service most other online retailers fail to deliver on: Product availability, value, reliable delivery and a clear and fair after-sales service.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Goods may be returned for whatever reason within 14 working days of the date of receipt by you of the goods. The cost of the return delivery charge under these circumstances is to be paid directly by the customer.
Please contact us if you wish to return an item or cancel an order. We will then provide you with authorisation before parcel you return the item to us.
All goods must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition complete with packaging and all accessories. Where goods are returned in accordance with this provision, we will happily reimburse any money already paid by you, excluding any delivery costs incurred by us.
We are unable to accept returns of any used item for refund.
We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charges, except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 Notice.
We strongly recommend that you return your package by recorded delivery. We will refund you within 7 working days. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
